Here at Daybreak Farm, we raise Cream Legbar hens for blue eggs Australorp, Marans, Orpingtons and Red Sexlinks for brown eggs and White Leghorn and Minorca for white eggs. This gives us the beautiful mixed eggs you see in the pictures. They all share pasture on our property, enjoying foraging for Mother Nature’s treats for all. They are all given organic mixed grains in addition to their wild delights.
The Chicken eggs we have delight our grandchildren with all the variety of colors each time they check the nest boxes. Of course they all look the same inside with their lovely yellow to orange yolks.
